XTERRA DINO Northern Indiana

The event features multiple endurance sports, including a triathlon, duathlon, kayak triathlon, and a 7K trail run. The triathlon and duathlon involve swimming or running, mountain biking, and a trail run, providing different challenges across varied terrain. The kayak triathlon replaces the swim with kayaking, followed by biking and running. The 7K trail run offers a course with wide paths and challenging hills, also counting as a bonus point race in the DINO Trail Run Series, where placement determines points awarded. The event serves as a qualifier for the XTERRA Youth World Championship.
