Sass Strut 5 K

The SASS STRUT is an inspiring annual event by Seriously Awesome Stroke Survivors and Neuro Therapy Nashville. It unites stroke survivors, families, and caregivers to increase stroke awareness and raise funds for rehabilitation in Middle Tennessee. Open to participants of all abilities, the event features a scenic trail welcoming various stages of recovery. This initiative supports the Brain Injury and Stroke Charity of Tennessee, providing treatment funds and caregiver respite. The SASS STRUT fosters community connection and celebrates participants regardless of the distance covered.
