BRAY Apache Junction Centennial Celebration Invitational Burro Run

Experience adventure at the Apache Junction Burro Derby, located at the foot of the Superstition Mountains. Reflecting the days of gold prospecting, this family-friendly event began in the 1950s and delights both participants and spectators. Runners team up with their own burro for a race that starts and ends at the Apache Junction Rodeo Grounds. Following the race, participants enjoy the Hee Haw Hootenanny featuring activities like in-hand trail obstacle classes and the famous stick donkey rodeo.
