Frozen Hare

Welcome to the Frozen Hare Swim and TriFest, part of the Frozen Hare Series. The event takes place at the Lawrence Park Swim Club in Broomall, PA, featuring an outdoor heated pool. Participants can choose from various events, including individual swim contests, open runs, aquathlons, triathlons, and duathlons. Note that transitions in multisport events aren't timed, and bike and run segments require self-supporting.

Racers can engage in the Swim, Bike, and Run in any order, completing by the end of the day. Registration advice includes pre-registering and arriving early. Participants receive a t-shirt and awards are distributed based on results. No refunds are available, but entry transfers to other events are possible under certain conditions.
