VA Super Tri

The VA Super Tri offers a fresh take on the classic triathlon by dividing it into five mini triathlons, completed consecutively. Youth participants enjoy a modified race, tackling two loops of the course. For relay teams, members take turns completing a loop and passing on to the next, continuing until all five loops are finished. This format provides an opportunity for newcomers to experience multiple transitions, while seasoned athletes can embrace a novel challenge. It's designed to be spectator-friendly, ensuring participants always remain within one mile of supporters, creating an engaging and supportive atmosphere for everyone involved.
