Running of the Turkeys - 5K Run/Walk/Stroller Jog

The Running of the Turkeys is an annual endurance event held in downtown York, organized by local runners and church members to create a family-friendly Thanksgiving run. Participants have the opportunity to donate non-perishable items during packet pickup, supporting local organizations such as PATH, the Grace and Mercy Soup Kitchen, and the YSD1 Education Foundation. PATH, established by the Western York County Christian Ministers Association, provides food pantry services and emergency aid in the area. The event aims to foster community engagement while addressing food insecurity challenges.
