The Loop Ultra 32-Mile trail run is a spectacular self-navigation challenge set in the wild and rugged Cambrian Mountains of Mid Wales. Starting from Camp Plas, a serene nature retreat near the village of Dolanog, the route offers a unique blend of adventure and endurance, making it ideal for everyone from seasoned ultra-runners to first-time trail enthusiasts. Participants are equipped with GPS trackers and supported by back runners, creating a safe yet adventurous experience. With a generous 12-hour cutoff, there's ample time to soak in the awe-inspiring landscapes rather than race against the clock. The course traverses ancient trails, forest paths, and scenic ridgelines, passing by the breathtaking Lake Vyrnwy and occasionally crossing paths with the historic Glyndŵr Way.
