Credit : Stramilano Frederick Oncocke Moronga finished the half marathon first in 01:01:20. Coming in second was Aziz Mustapha El (01:01:29). The third place went to Simon Kiruthi Muthoni with a time of 01:01:34 For the women, Ruth Chepngetich got a win, finishing with a time of 01:07:42 . She bested Betty Williams Lempus who crossed the finish line one minute 43 seconds behind her. Finishing third was Pauline Nagaroi Esikon (01:11:21). Results: Wangari misses world record by less than a minute in Milan

Credit : Stramilano Half Marathon results Of more than 6,000 participants in the 45th Stramilano Half Marathon, James Mwanji Wangari (59:12) was the only one to finish the IAAF run in northern Italy in under an hour. His mark of 59:12 was good for seventh all-time in the world.
