On Sunday, more then 4000 runners took part in the 2016 edition of §event_link(2469) around Central Park in New York.
Tadesse Yae Dabi outran roughly 4166 runners to win with a time of 01:05:26. Werkuneh Seyoum Aboye earned runner-up honors with a time of 01:05:31. Tekeste Nekatibeb (01:05:35) made notched third place.
For the women, Esther Erb Atkins took top honors by finishing the race in 01:15:06 . She bested Megan Foster who crossed the finish line 6 minutes 57 seconds behind her. The third place went to heather williams with a time of 01:24:21
