CCS 5K Glow Run

Lace up and gear up for the exciting CCS5K Glow Run, where competitive spirits and community come together! This event will set the school parking lot aglow with athletes of all levels. Whether you're a seasoned runner going for a personal best in the chip-timed 5K, or enjoying a leisurely pace in the 1-mile walk, this is a night to celebrate fitness and camaraderie under a starlit sky. Join fellow athletes in a race that goes beyond the finish line, to embrace the festive atmosphere and friendly competition. Prepare to compete for an exciting prize purse exclusive to the 5K:
- Adults: Top 3 Male & Female overall finishers will earn $500, $300, and $200.
- Youth 14 and under: Top 3 Male & Female overall finishers will receive $250, $150, and $100.

And we're not done with the prizes!
- Overall 4th to 10th place finishers will win a Drone.
- 11th to 20th place will receive a Shark Seeker Nerf Gun.
- 21st to 30th place finishers will get a Fortnite Nerf Gun.
- Finishers from 31st to 50th will get a surprise prize from a closed bin, which could include items like Squishmallows, Robot playsets, a Microphone with Stand, or Bombas Socks.

Athletes will also have the opportunity to witness "The Race of Champions," a pre-race event designed for individuals with intellectual or coordination impairments, making this a truly inclusive celebration of movement and achievement.

- 1M Run/Walk

Wrap up the night by celebrating your achievements at the post-race party located inside the gym, taking place immediately after the last finisher crosses the line.

Can't join us in person? Become a virtual runner and support the event from afar while still receiving a Race T-shirt to commemorate your participation. Get ready for a night full of athletic challenges, laughter, and shared experiences—it’s a tradition that shines ever brighter!
