The Pikes Peak APEX is a premier mountain biking event challenging you on the rugged slopes of Pikes Peak, known as America’s Mountain. Test your endurance in all three stages or opt for a single-day ride experience!The course features demanding terrain, though not overly technical, in the scenic Rocky Mountain trails through Colorado’s aspens. This event attracts both professional and amateur cyclists eager to conquer a bucket list endurance challenge.

A substantial $25,000 prize purse is available for pro riders, distributed equally between open pro and women pro categories, ensuring competitive stakes for all. Amateur participants compete for exciting prizes. Sanctioned by USA Cycling, a USAC license is required; a one-day license option is available.

Your registration includes access to one or three days of riding, with comprehensive support at fully-stocked aid stations, technical assistance, a swag bag with goodies, and a celebratory post-event meal with a drink.
