Criterium Run at the Columns

The Criterium Run at the Columns is a high-intensity running event held on a closed-loop course through downtown Columbia and the University of Missouri. Participants compete in a 35-minute criterium, completing as many loops as possible within the time limit. Racers can choose to compete individually or in a relay format.
