RAM at UVA 5K

Remote Area Medical (RAM) at UVA hosts an annual event to support their mission of providing free healthcare to underserved and uninsured individuals through mobile clinics. RAM has treated more than 940,000 individuals with services provided by over 212,000 volunteers. The UVA chapter aims to promote this mission and hosts free clinics, requiring community support to fund these initiatives. Proceeds from the event are used for their next clinic in Fishersville, VA. Participants will enjoy refreshments, a T-shirt, and prizes for top finishers. The event is supported by the UVA Alumni Association’s Student Engagement Fund.
