Rick's Run 5K Run/Walk

Rick's Run 5k was created in memory of Richard A. Roy. Rick was a Vietnam Veteran who suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD) and lived with it day in and day out until he passed. He served this country and all who knew and loved him saw the emotional, hidden wounds of that sacrifice. We are learning more and more about how to help veterans with PTSD, and this race will be donating 100% of the proceeds to "Veterans Count", a program within the Easterseals.

Join us In person or virtually this year!!  In the event we are limited to a certain number of people at the event, it will be on a first come first serve basis.

Our event won't look exactly like it has in the past, but we are going to do the best to make it as festive as possible!!!

Virtual cost includes shipping; in person cost includes grab and go dinner from Spring Hill
