Spring Dash

The Spring Dash in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, is an annual fundraising event for United Way of North Idaho, established in 1982. The event features USATF certified courses with scenic routes, custom finisher medals, and personalized race bibs. Participants receive gender-specific technical shirts, post-race food, and awards for overall and age group achievements. Additional features include live GPS participant tracking, group and youth discounts, and an eco-friendly shirt option. The 10K course serves as a Bloomsday Run qualifier, and there is a Tot Trot for children aged 10 and under.
