Dash and Splash- Stride & Stroll Race Series

Dash and Splash is an annual 2-mile walk/run event on Ben's Run Trails in Spencer, followed by a pool party. Participants can enjoy a combination of pavement, gravel, and dirt trails while beating the heat with great exercise. After completing the race, attendees have the opportunity to cool off with a swim and watch a kids' diving competition. The event is designed for family and friends to enjoy a fun-filled evening in an engaging outdoor setting.
