DEF Dash 5K

We are thrilled to share the annual DEF Dash, a live, in-person event for running or walking enthusiasts. After a successful history with Bernie’s Run, the Dedham Education Foundation introduced this community gathering at Barnes Memorial Park. Participants enjoy a day filled with running, walking, delicious food, music, and award ceremonies. Celebrating achievement, prizes are awarded to top runners in each age category.
