Öland Lighthouse Challenge

The Öland Ultra offers a once-in-a-lifetime running adventure across Sweden’s enchanting island of Öland. Starting from the iconic Långe Erik lighthouse, the course winds along Kalmar Sound, through lush meadows, forests, and coastal villages, before finishing at the southern Långe Jan lighthouse. With multiple ultra-distance options—50 km, 100 km, and 50 or 100 miles—this event challenges endurance athletes while showcasing Öland’s raw natural beauty.
