Assemble at the SH1/Waiare Road junction south off Okaihau. The first 7km is a gradual climb with two distinct hills. The remaining 14km is mainly downhill. A fast scenic course. The course narrows for the final 3km into Kerikeri Township, from the roundabout on SH10. Upon reaching Kerikeri Township, participants will turn right into Hobson Avenue (at the roundabout) and left into Cobham Road to then enter Kerikeri Domain for the finish.

Half Marathon results
Last year’s runner-up Harry Linford (1:12:07) bested a field of more than 1,000 participants to win the Kerikeri Half Marathon in New Zealand.
Coming in a close second on the run from Okaihau to Kerikeri was Brad Luiten at 1:12:24.
Luiten finished third in 2013.
Simon Yarrow (1:15:27) rounded out the top three.
For the women, it was Rachael Kingstone (1:24:15) holding off Anna McRae (1:24:44) to take the top spot.
In a tight race for third, Ady McKenzie (1:25:56) finished just seconds ahead of Anna Bramley (1:26:02).
Bramley finished sixth a year ago.
