For those opting for sprint distances, the race includes a 500-meter swim loop, a 13-mile bike ride across county roads with engaging low rollers, and a concluding 3-mile run around the lake on a flat, crushed granite trail with essential hydration stops.

Olympic events challenge athletes to two laps of each triathlon segment.
