Lowcountry Splash

The Lowcountry Splash is an open water swimming event held annually in Charleston, South Carolina, featuring two race options. Participants can choose between a swim along the Mount Pleasant shoreline or a more extended route starting from Daniel Island. The event accommodates swimmers ranging from ages 10 to 82 and draws participants from across the United States and a few international locations. It began as a unique challenge in Charleston Harbor and has grown in popularity, maintaining its reputation as a premier open water swim in the region. The swim is scheduled based on optimal tide conditions.
