Packet Pick Up is race day only starting at 7:30 am in front of the Lansing Center.
COURSE: Scenic/Shaded, accurate10k/5k through Downtown Lansing and the River Trail. Start and Finish on Michigan Ave in front of the Lansing Center
Timing: The race will be timed using disposable RFID tags. Awards: 10k run and 5k run/walk Trophy to Overall Female and Male Winner. Medals to top 3 places in each age group. Age Groups: 10 under, 11-12,13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64 65-69, 70-74. 75-79, 80+
