Spartan 5k

Come on out and support Mayo Cross Country and Track & Field.  The Race will start and finish on the track at Mayo High School.  The course will be run on three different surfaces (track, grass, & pavement) and will be spectator friendly.  Your time will be displayed on the stadium scoreboard and posted after the race.  Our goal for this event is to get people out and running.  If you would like to make a donation to support Mayo CC and T&F that would be appreciated, but not necessary.

Questions you may be asking yourself:

Are there t-shirts? - Nope How many finisher medals will be passed out? - Nada If there are no shirts and no medals, then why would I run? - Exercise is good
