Choose between the Standard Duathlon, featuring a 10km run, a 38km cycle, and a 5km run, or the Sprint Duathlon, offering a 5km run, a 17km cycle, and a 2.5km run. The running course consists of a scenic 5km lap along Grafham Water’s natural footpaths, including a breathtaking crossing over the dam wall, with the return loop passing a supportive finish area. For the Sprint participants, the second run turns earlier to create a 2.5km loop. The cycling route is a straightforward, fast-paced ride to St Neots, with minimal turns for optimal speed; Sprint cyclists will turn back at the village of Perry.
