The criterium, road race, and team time trials are open to everyone - students and non-students alike!

 

Intro riders will meet 30 minutes before race for clinic; listen to race announcements for details.

Collegiate fields are open only to full time collegiate students with valid USAC Collegiate licenses and full time high school students with valid USAC Junior licenses. Jerseys and bibs for all such riders must feature school names and/or logo, or be generic blank kits; non-scholastic club and trade team kits are not permitted.  In addition, new non-collegiate women racers with 1-day or first time Category 4 licenses may enter Collegiate Women's Intro fields. USA Cycling licenses available for sale on-site.Consult the ECCC website at http://collegiatecycling.org/eccc for more information on categories, eligibility, licensing, and other general questions.


Registrations not received before 5pm on March 26th will incur a $5 per rider per event late fee. Large ECCC Teams may submit a spreadsheet with the following information: Rider Name, USAC License Number, Race Category and Races being entered for each rider. This spreadsheet must be sent to [email protected] and received by March 26th at 5pm in order to avoid a $5 late registration fee per rider per event.

Registration is located at the start area for all races. It opens 1 hour before the start of the first scheduled race and ends 15 minutes before the start of each race.

Promoter is not required to refund pre-registration in an event of an unforeseen cancellation.

Medical:
A stand-by ambulance will be present, along with on-course EMT's for the road race. On Saturday, the nearest hospital is Lawrence Memorial Hospital, 170 Governers Ave, Medford, MA 02155. On Sunday, the nearest hospital is Nashoba Valley Medical Center, 200 Groton Rd, Ayer, MA 01432.

ECCC Host Housing:
Sign up as a host housing guest or provider via forms on the calendar at http://collegiatecycling.org/eccc/calendar. Contact the host housing coordinator Rose Long at [email protected] with any questions. All host housing recipients are required to marshal during the weekend's races.

Directions to Criterium (GPS/Google Address: 200 Professor’s Row, Medford MA):

From west:  I-90 east to I-95 north to MA 2 east.  At end of highway, proceed east on MA 16.  Turn right on Boston Ave, then turn right on Winthrop St.  Proceed straight onto Curtis St to race parking on the left.From north:  I-93 south to Exit 32.  Take MA 60 west/Salem St.  Proceed west on Salem St, take left on Winthrop St.  Proceed straight onto Curtis St to race parking on the left.From south:  I-95 north to MA 2 east.  At end of highway, proceed east on MA 16.  Turn right on Boston Ave, then turn right on Winthrop St.  Proceed straight onto Curtis St to race parking on the left.

Directions to ITT/Road Race (GPS/Google Address: Groton-Dunstable Regional High School, 703 Chicopee Row, Groton, MA)

From Boston/east:  Head north on I-93N. Take exit 28B onto I95S. Take exit 50A-50B for US3N. Take exit 90 and turn right onto MA-133W towards Dunstable. Continue on MA-133 for 2.5 miles, and turn left to stay on MA-133 in Dunstable center. Turn left onto Groton St, and proceed for 3 miles.From west/south:  Head east on I-90E. Take exit 106 onto I-495N. Take exit 80 for MA-119W/Great Rd, and turn right onto 119. Continue on 119W for 7 miles, and in Groton center, bear right at the fork for Hollis St, and proceed for 3 miles on Hollis St/Chicopee Row.From north:  Head south on I-93. After the Hooksett toll plaza, keep left onto 293. Take exit 90 and turn left on MA-133W towards Dunstable. Continue on MA-133 for 2.5 miles, and turn left to stay on MA-133 in Dunstable center. Turn left onto Groton St, and proceed for 3 miles.
