H-E-A-R-T 5K Run/Walk

The H-E-A-R-T 5K Run/Walk is a charity event held at the WISC, with all proceeds supporting victims of sexual assault through therapeutic support, advocacy, and education. Participants in the 5K receive a T-shirt and a finisher medal, while awards are given to top finishers in various categories. There is also a fun run and a virtual participation option, where participants can contribute a donation to receive a medal and/or T-shirt. The virtual event allows global participation, with finishing times submitted online. The event aims to raise awareness and support for its cause through active involvement.
