In A Heartbeat 5K

In A Heartbeat is a nonprofit foundation with the mission to prevent death from sudden cardiac arrest and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). We raise money to buy and donate Automated External Defibrillators to businesses, schools, and organizations in need. We also raise money to help fund HCM research projects. The proceeds raised at this event will go directly to our cause and positively impact our community.

If you would like to support the mission of our Foundation why not consider becoming a Heartbeat Away Virtual participant? For 2022 the Heartbeat 5K is going to be a Virtual 5K that you can complete where ever you wish. All you need to do is register here and run a minimum distance of 5K anytime between 6:00 am on June 4 and 6:00 pm on June 5.
