The 43rd Annual La Porte County Sprint Triathlon will consist of a 450 yard lake swim, a 12.4 mile bike and a 5K run.
The course begins in Soldiers Memorial Park at the Stone Lake Beach House and winds through scenic La Porte County.
For the first time ever, we will also offer a Duathlon option consisting of a 1.5 mile run, 12.4 mile bike, and a 5K run.
Registration Fees for USAT Members*:
Early Registration (On or before June 10th) - $70
Late Registration ( June 11th – July 7th) - $80
*For non USAT Members, a 1-day race pass will need to be purchased through USAT for an additional $15
No race day registration. All participants must pre-register for the event.

RACE COURSE
450 yard swim
Swimmers will be assigned a wave on race day. The swim is held in the beautiful Stone Lake on a modified triangle course. No non-swimmers PLEASE!
12.4 mile bike
Bike helmets are mandatory; you cannot participate without one. 12.4 miles of curves, flats, hills and scenic country and lakeside roads will challenge your legs and please your eyes.
5K run
Your race will conclude with a hilly 5K run through Soldiers Memorial Park and around Stone Lake. There are many lake views and a few small hills. A cold beverage and snacks await you at the finish line.

AWARDS
Awards ceremony will begin after last finisher, or no later than 10:15AM outside Cummings Lodge. Individual awards for the overall male and female finishers and overall Masters (over age 40) male and female finishers.
*Age is determined by the age of the participant on December 31st, 2023.
Individual and team awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each age category.
