Marathon Skampa - Elbasan

Great event and beautiful location with warm weather and not over crowded. Amazing community lots of smiles and a good buzz while running along . Great medals and trophy at the end :) Well marshalled and plenty of happy young volunteers. Some negatives no obvious toilet facilities and no way of checking your finishing place ( while hunting for the toilet I missed my podium spot and my son missed his trophy collection completely which would have made this run even better. Also it wasn't quite the 10k our watches recorded just under . Overall the run/race was great and I would recommend to all

It fell under the 10k distance ( Garmin and Strava recorded it at 6.12)
