Mt. Baldhead Challenge

Join us for the Midwest's premier multi-terrain trail race through the heart of one of the planet's unique ecosystems--Saugatuck's extensive array of fresh water dunes, woodland trails, river, harbor, and Lake Michigan shoreline.  We have mapped and are now measuring courses for our two race options. This year, the finish line returns to downtown Saugatuck, where a post-race "party in the park" awaits. Think "more trail, less beach." Both race versions will, of course, include the 302 stairs ascending to the summit of mighty Mt. Baldhead.  Stay tuned for additional information as the course committee does its work.  Every dollar of net proceeds raised from your registration fees and donations go directly to support FREE after-school and summer life-enrichment programs at Saugatuck Public Schools provided by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Holland. 

 

Sign-up  REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 30, 2022 ONLINE—Online at https://runsignup.com/Race/MI/Saugatuck/MtBaldheadChallenge Ultimate Lifetime Challenge Participants All those who registered in 2020 for lifetime registration benefits must also register for this year's events to participate.  Entry is guaranteed. Although we plan to cap the number of runners at 500, your entry is ensured with preferred registration priority for 2022.  You may register for any one of the events offered.  It's your option.  We'll send your reservation confirmation to the email address we have on file.  Please update us if anything's changed.  Deferred 2021 Registrants If you deferred your registration for last year's events, we'll credit your 2022 registration fees. You must re-register for one of the 2022 events to receive your credit. You will lose your credit of you do not register for this year's event.
