Beginning with online community coaching, the event also includes tapering workshops during the festival's two pre-race days, featuring tactics, Wim-Hof breathing and cold exposure, mental strength and focus, and vegetarian cooking for athletes.
On race day, you'll have the unique experience of running on the start- and finish-line right next to your lodging option. There's a variety of distances to choose from; 42.2K Marathon, 21.1K Half-Marathon, 10K, and 4.2K Mini.
The fun doesn't end there! There's an after-party on race-day featuring live music, as well as a special program for families, friends, and supporters.

Course highlights
Beautiful run in the forest and alongside lakes. 90% on gravel road, 10% on asphalt. Travel to Mundekulla: we are in Southern Sweden. Only 3 hours by direct train from Copenhagen. Food: Mundekulla serves organic, vegan or vegetarian food and offer milk and gluten free options.
