Original Winter Series

Greetings Fellow Runners! The Winter Series is now a Spring Series :)

In an effort to create a race series close to downtown, the Salt Lake City Track Club has teamed up with Salt Lake City, the Memorial House and the Deseret News Marathon to offer a three race series in beautiful Memory Grove Park. Use the race series to build to the Deseret News races on Pioneer Day or simply come enjoy the amazing views in City Creek Canyon with this USATF-sanctioned event.

This year, we are partnering with the Deseret News Marathon. We have planned race distances and dates to have you race-ready for the half or full marathon on July 24th. They even incorporated our races into their training plans---and are giving us a promo code for a discount on their races! Look for the promo code to be emailed out to registered participants soon.

We will start at Memorial House in Memory Grove, run up City Creek Canyon to the turnaround, and then downhill the rest of the way! A beautiful and amazing course!
