Riaño Trail Run

RIAÑO TRAIL RUN is a mountain race that takes place over 3 stages from the 21st-23rd of June. It will take participants through paths and tracks in the natural surroundings of the Natural Park of Fuentes Carrionas y Fuente Cobre - Montaña Palentina, the Picos de Europa Regional Park, and the Regional Park of Montañas de Riaño y Mampodre. Stage 1 is 29.9 km and starts at 9:00 am on Friday 21st of June in Valverde de la Sierra, finishing in Boca de Huérgano. Stage 2 is 45 km and starts at 9:00 am on Saturday 22nd of June in Caín de Valdeón, ending in Oseja de Sajambre. Stage 3 is 22.7 km and begins at 10:00 am on Sunday 23rd of June in Salamon, finishing in Riaño. The total distance of the race is 91 km with 7,000 m of elevation gain and 6,850 m of elevation loss. Participants can register either individually or in teams of two. There are 300 bibs available, distributed between 100 individual and 100 team entries.
