Running for Rick 5k

Running for Rick is a charity event established by students to support Parkinson's research, honoring Rick Doke, a respected cross-country coach and teacher. Proceeds from the event are donated to the Michael J. Fox Foundation to fund research on Parkinson’s disease, which affects over 10 million people worldwide, including about 1 million in the United States. Despite the high incidence rate, there is currently no cure for the disease. The event is a community effort to aid in the fight against Parkinson's and recognize Rick Doke's contributions.
