About the event
The RVA Sprint Triathlon in Rockville, VA, offers various endurance events, including a pool sprint triathlon, a kid’s splash & dash, and a beginner-only race for first-time participants. It also features duathlon and aquabike options. The event includes a unique "seeded" start for the top 12 women and men competitors. Every finisher receives a medal, with awards for top overall and age group finishers across different categories.
