St Albans Stampede 12 Hour Race

This is a 12 hour race consisting of 4 mile loops on easy, undulating trail through Heartwood Forest, just outside St Albans. Cheerful marshals encourage you as you run as many laps as you wish within the time limit. Participants can take part as solos, in pairs, or in teams of up to 8 people. We provide food and drink, and as the light fades pizzas are often brought in for hungry runners.
