In order to participate in the 16K, 24K and 53K tracks, athletes must submit a 6-month health certificate that does not indicate any physical restrictions for running, or an athlete license approved by the Athletics, Triathlon, Mountaineering, Orienteering or Cycling Federations. Appropriate attire must be worn that is suitable for the weather and terrain conditions, and competitors must have the necessary physical preparations. For those aged 65 and over, an EKG and a health report from a Cardiologist are required. These documents must be given to the organization before the race.
