Our Mission

The Storm Trail Race Series mission is to encourage people of all skill levels to participate in trail racing events, to get outdoors, and to enjoy the beautiful local trails in Southeast MN. Your donations and a percentage of the profits from this event will go to the Youth Mental Health programs.

Course Summary

Come to Southeast Minnesota to "Storm the Park" and enjoy all that the trails at Whitewater State Park have to offer!! There will be a 15k course that follows and crosses the Whitewater River and offers beautiful views of the river, meadows, and surrounding bluffs. Multiple loops of this amazing course will make up the 30k and 50k race distances. The 5k course will climb you up to Chimney Rock and Inspiration Point and then back down to the Whitewater River.

Race Shirts

Technical Craft shirts can be purchased during registration for $15. Shirt order deadline is Friday, March 10th, 2023. Shirts are sold in Men's and Women's sizes. The Women's sizes tend to run a tad smaller in the torso whereas the Men's sizes are a bit wider in the torso. You will not be able to exchange sizes on race day so please be sure to double-check the size you are ordering. If you have participated in Storm the Park in the past, the shirts will be the same type of shirt that we had in 2022.
