Team ROAR 5K / 1-Mile Walk

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset organizes the annual Team ROAR event, featuring a 5K run and a 1-mile walk, in memory of Donna M. Karlis. The event aims to raise funds for the Somerset Health Care Foundation and METAvivor Research and Support, focusing on metastatic breast cancer (MBC) support and research. The Donna M. Karlis Memorial Fund, a non-profit organization, was established to honor Donna M. Karlis, who passed away from MBC. The event includes activities such as face painting, arts and crafts, refreshments, and DJ entertainment. Awards are given to top finishers in various categories.
