The lap is 2.5km (total run: 2km; total swim: 500m) Run: 900m Swim: 300m Run: 800m Swim: 200m Run: 300m Time Per Lap The cut off time for each lap, and the cumulative run + swim distances & time: Lap 1: 25 min (2km + 500m, 25 min) Lap 2: 23 min (4km + 1km, 48 min) Lap 3: 20 min (6km + 1.5km, 1 hr 08 min) Lap 4: 18 min (8km + 2km, 1 hr 26 min) Lap 5: 16 min (10km + 2.5km, 1 hr 42 min) Lap 6: 15 min (12km + 3km, 1 hr 57 min)​ If you are not finished within the lap time you will have to stand down at the end of that lap. If you finished ahead of time then you can rest for the remaining time of that lap. You will potentially complete 6 laps.
