The Ripple Effect 5k

Join hundreds of runners and walkers on Thursday, September 29th at 6:30pm for the Ripple Effect 5k!

Now in its 15th year, the Ripple Effect 5k has become a tradition for runners and walkers in the Indianapolis-area! Participants will get a scenic tour of the sights and sounds around the village of Broad Ripple! As the name suggests, the impact of the Ripple Effect is felt throughout the community. Proceeds from the event benefit the Broad Ripple Village Association, a nonprofit focused on enriching the community, attracting investment, amplifying public spaces, and improving quality of life. By participating, you will help fund important BRVA programs, including: public safety, beautification, and lighting, among many others. These programs ensure that Broad Ripple continues to be a safe and attractive place for people to live, work, and visit.

Be sure to stick around once you finish for the post-race block party at The Indianapolis Arts Center complete with vendors, refreshments and music! To make things even sweeter, free food and all participants over 21 will receive a FREE beer ticket to redeem after you finish! 

Are you a member of a running club? Wanna race against members of surrounding area and even your own club? You now have the option to enter yourself into the Run Club Division and battle it out for bragging rights!
