The ROC Triathlon - NY

The Rochester Triathlon, also known as The ROC, is held at Durand-Eastman Beach in Irondequoit, NY. It is organized by the Rochester Area Triathletes and features a shallow open-water swim, a fast bike course closed to traffic, and a scenic run along the Lake Ontario and Seabreeze shorelines. The ROC is a USAT-sanctioned event with qualifying slots for the National Championships, covering divisions such as High School, Age Group, Open, and Athena/Clydesdale. It no longer includes Duathlon, AquaBike, and Relay events due to their low participation rates over the years.
