Before ride day, riders must look over their route's Special Instructions / Cautions Document assoicated with their chosen ride length. These can be found on www.torgbc.com under "ROUTES."

Caravan Ham Radio Club staffs most of the SAG support by patrolling the route and monitoring the progress of participants by bib number – watching for requests for help, mechanical breakdowns, noticeable fatigue, or any other situation that would require assistance and support.

2 EMT Stations are spread out along the route to ensure fast response times. They maybe requested via the operations coordinator contact number provdied in the rider confirmation email. Callers will need to name a landmark near them to ensure fast location by EMT teams.

Bicycle Repair Mechanics will be stationed at all three rest stops. Use the operations coordinator contact number provided in your confirmation email to request a SAG pick-up. There will be tubes and other gear (tubes, chain links, etc) provided by Northwest Cyclery that will be for purchase from mechanics.

High Visibility Personnel are located at key points along the route to direct cyclists along the correct path notebly the left turn from NM-314 to Frontage rd near Belen.
