Uganda Wildlife Marathon

The Wildlife Marathon, hosted at Uganda Museum in Kitante, is an annual event that takes place on the last Sunday before 3rd March in honor of International Wildlife Day. It is a competitive athletics event regulated by the International Amateur Athletics Federation (IAAF), and its purpose is to raise funds to purchase scholastic materials and pay school fees for the children of wildlife conservation heroes. All running routes begin and end at the Uganda Museum.
