Vernon Burnin' Bike Ride

Get ready for the Vernon Burnin' Bike Ride, an ideal event for athletes gearing up for the "Hotter-N-Hell" in Wichita Falls, Texas. This event offers a 62K route that promises excitement and a challenge, perfect for both novice and expert cyclists. Additional route options include 12, 22, and 33 miles. Rest stops stocked with hydration and snacks will be available, along with sag wagons for road assistance.Kick off the ride from the picturesque Vernon College Campus. Late registration is possible on the morning of the event. Be amongst the first 100 preregistered to snag an event T-shirt.

Event details are as follows:

PACKET PICK-UP/LATE REGISTRATION:
- Available the evening before the ride at the King Physical Ed Center at Vernon College.
- Continues on the morning of the ride at the same location.

Packets come loaded with a T-shirt (limited to the first 100 preregistered participants) and other goodies. Look forward to detailed course maps and some controlled intersections on well-marked routes.

REST STOPS are approximately every 10 miles, ensuring you stay fueled with water, ice, sports drinks, fruit, and cookies.

ROAD ASSISTANCE is provided by sag wagons if you're unable to continue. Remember, sags won't perform repairs or supply parts, so come prepared.
