08085 Run/Walk/Sit

The event features a variety of activities, including an 8K run, a 5K run/walk, a Kids' 0.8-mile race, a virtual 0.8-mile walk, and a stationary 0K sit. Participants in the 8K and 5K will compete for top finisher and age category awards. All registrants receive a medal and those who register early are guaranteed a T-shirt. The event proceeds regardless of weather. The course includes paved and trail surfaces, with parts potentially affected by weather conditions.
