Marathon results
Patrick Gomez (2:38:42) outpaced more than 2,200 runners to win the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon in Oklahoma.
Starting at the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum, the USATF certified course took runners past 168 banners, each bearing the name of one of the 1995 bombing victims, before finally ending back at the Gates of Time.
Jason Butler earned runner-up honors with at time of 2:41:30.
He finished sixth a year ago.
In third was Zachary Allen at 2:45:02.
For the women, it was Danielle Hodge (3:09:02) holding off Catherine Lisle (3:09:14) to take the top honors.
Hodge finished fourth a year ago.
Rachel Foster rounded out the top three with a time of 3:17:43.

Half Marathon results
Brian Gohlke (1:09:53) bested more than 9,500 runners to win the Oklahoma City Memorial Half Marathon.
Mark Thompson (1:11:09) managed second, finishing just ahead of Jonathan Burgess (1:11:54).
For the women, it was Ashley Miller (1:23:17) defending her title, despite finishing almost two and a half minutes slower that in 2015.
Repeating as runner-up was Michaela Werner with a time of 1:25:59.
Emily King came in third at 1:28:29.
She finished ninth a year ago.
