The Waldo 100K Ultramarathon is a challenging 100K loop-type course starting at Willamette Pass Ski Area (70 miles east of Eugene, Oregon) at elevation 5120’, climbing up several mountains including Fuji, The Twins, and Maiden Peak before returning to the ski area. The route is mostly single-track trails with some fairly remote sections and has many incredible views of pristine Waldo Lake. It is not a beginner-level ultra and we recommend coming into the race with experience.
The race starts and finishes at the Willamette Pass Ski Area. There will be a pre-race briefing on Friday evening at 7:00 pm at the pass.
Runners should plan to pick up their bibs and shirts on Friday afternoon or evening and all drop bags will be due Friday at 9:00 pm.
The race will start at 5:00 am on Saturday morning, but runners have the option to start at 3:00 am.
All runners are allowed a pacer starting at the Charlton Lake aid station. Pacer bibs will be available to pick up at the check-in table on Friday or Saturday morning.
