Vac and Dash Waffle House 10K Plus Run with 5K Option

The Annual Memorial Day Waffle House Walk/Run in Albemarle is a free, non-timed event where participants can enjoy a morning run followed by breakfast at the beloved Waffle House. The route features possible turnaround points, accommodating those with varying endurance levels. Over the years, this community event has become a local tradition, drawing 40 to 100 participants. Runners are encouraged to stay post-run for a supportive breakfast gathering, emphasizing the camaraderie within the running community.
