Bridge Day 5K RUN

Experience a unique racing opportunity across the scenic New River Gorge Bridge, sponsored by West Virginia University Institute of Technology. This exclusive, runner-only event invites participants to enjoy breathtaking views before concluding in Fayetteville. Limited to 500 participants, early registration is essential. The race prioritizes quality, safety, and accommodations, urging racers to adhere to event logistics and security guidelines. The event supports Active SWV's Kids Run Clubs and Community Captains. Finisher and age group medals are awarded. Racers must initially maintain a 15-minute mile pace, with the flexibility to adjust upon completing the first mile.
